Sometimes I imagine the unseen wonders of God’s creation – colors and life that exist beyond what my eyes have ever seen. When I painted this rainbow sea turtle, I felt like I was stepping into that mystery. Each swirl of color, each shimmer of the shell, was a small echo of heavens beauty, a reminder that God is always creating, always surprising.
The turtle glides freely through it’s water, yet there’s a calmness, a peace, that mirrors my own journey with God- learning to trust Him, to rest in His presence, and to delight in the life He gives. The rainbow tones remind me that joy can be found even in the unexpected places, and that His imagination is limitless.
As I painted, I felt God whispering that our creativity is a shared gift, a reflection of His own artistry. In the shimmer of the water, the play of color, and the quiet strength of this turtle, I see His love- constant, radiant, and full of wonder.
I hope this piece invited you to pause, to marvel, and to remember that just like this turtle, you are surrounded by beauty and held by His hands, even in places you have yet to see.
